Our Fun Trip to White Sulphur Springs to see Keri ~ David ~ Jake ~ Seth ~ Zane and Baby Luke. Keri & I took the boys up to the Reservoir and had a great afternoon.

We met up with our friends Nadine & John Stosich and Co. for the fair this year. Cy had a blast with Kayla ~ Emily ~ Alyssa ~ JP and Spencer while Nadine and I had a wonderful visit!

As we reach the end of September ~ I'm wondering how we arrived here!!!! I'm still back on Easter. It's been a wild summer but we are glad to be back into our regular schedule, however, Cy had a great summer at the park with new friends. He's been pretty sad since Jake & Seth moved away so I was thrilled that he was able to do more with Nick, Kathrine, & Gavin.

Now we are back to home schooling, scouts, and swimming lessons. We are finally able to use the YMCA more because Cy has a kick scooter and can make his way from my office to the Y by himself. It's hard to believe that the baby I held in my arms just a short time ago is already doing things on his own. It's been an amazing 9 years!

I am still @ Farmers Union Insurance and doing the accounting for a friend of mine that has a photo shop here in town. I'm also still working on our website so hopefully it will be up before too long. I'm enjoying learning to design the website but wish I had more time to do it. I now know why people pay to have it done.

My current passion right now is watching the political scene unfold. Of course I'm very excited about Sarah Palin ~ Wasilla is right next to Palmer, AK and that is were Cy and I were a few winters ago. We loved Wasilla and would like to move back there someday. I really like Sarah and although she maybe a little inexperienced ~ I like her style and think she could do well. I just read a book that was written about her a few years ago and I really like the lifestyle that her parents raised her in. I think she really has a great foundation in her life and hopefully can bring her values to DC.

I'm also reading a fabulous series called The Great and The Terrible by Chris Stewart ~ highly recommend it. My friend Dana got me on to them and I can hardly put them down. Now that I'm sleeping more I get very frustrated that I can't get as much reading done :-). In fact I'm not getting a lot of things done that I used to @ 2:00 in the morning!!
